Well on June 23rd I spent the lovely day at WORK... I guess you got to do what you got to do...
Then soon to follow a office BBQ with a soft ball game with some fellow dental offices...
Chris showed up to work with my beautiful monkey "Karina" with Flowers in hand...Love them... I learned that Karina is awesome when it comes to hitting the ball....
I cant complain despite the work part,but it was very nice to chill in the ball field and have fun...
Its always nice to do different things...
I came home to a big surprise...
More flowers.... Balloons... and many presents....

and a couple from the hubbs...
Along with a beautiful card from Karina with a stuffed dog that holds a cupcake...
With our friends who also placed a present on the BBQ outside cause we wernt home...

Its so nice to get spoiled...

Summertime is finally here and the sun is shinning... Wait dont want to speak up to soon, its been weird around here with this whole weather thing... Hope this light I see shining through the window will stay...
Karina is stoked to spend her summer days in the water... I look forward to getting my tan on...white days to be over soon...
Oh Chris, what is he to be doing...WORK...all the time, but I guess thats life and trying to survive this place called earth... We are hopeing and keeping our fingers crossed... Trying to see if he will be attending the academy this January for the police department...
We have some plans for this summer and cant wait... 4th of July we as a family will be joining another(THE COLLINS)for a 4 and 1 mile race in Novato, Ca... Thanks Hailey for getting me into this whole running thing- you have inspired me but its hard for me to get back in the game,not in full throttle yet but hey atleast Im trying...
We are planning a fun filled trip to Monterey with our good friends and still havent booked it waiting for people to confirm our reservation... and waiting and waiting and waiting...
I finally get to attend our work playoffs for baseball that have been in the making for YEARS... A few dental offices will be hitting the bases and bats in hands to see who takes the winning trophey(PINK SOFTBALL)I was able to get my boss to purchase tshirts for all of us for the BBQ game... Look forward to it... Funny part is somehow he planned it on my birthday....Seriously...Its a tradition hubby takes me out to a special dinner... So its the ball park we will be hitting together as a family for some bubble gum and sunflowerseeds...
Im so happy in my life and all that it brings... We are truly blessed with the great friendships we share with some amazing people...
Im so excited to have a bestie that shares alot of the same interest,... WAIT might be a problem now that shes getting me into the shopping game...I love finging a good deal...
Look forward what summer brings and the memories we will gain... and the continued friendships to grow...
